The IP Vault · Held as ability

The IP Vault

Your knowledge stays yours. Your AI still knows it.

A model keeps what it learns. A vault gives it back.

Put one thing in the vault →

Useful AI needs your knowledge. Giving it used to mean surrendering it.

Shallow and yours, or smart and theirs. The vault ends the choice.

How the vault works

From knowledge to ability.

Six steps. The text never ships.

I

Your knowledge arrives.

Documents, decisions, how your firm actually works.

The text stays with you.

II

It becomes ability.

What matters lives inside your own edition of the model.

Not stored. Learned.

III

It is sealed.

Standards-verified encryption.

The lock is cryptography.

IV

It is bound.

Opens for your model, your adapter, your edition. Only those.

By construction.

V

It is used.

Your AI answers from what it holds — and asks at the edge.

It asks instead of inventing.

VI

It is given back.

Empty the vault. The knowledge leaves with it.

Even after it has been used.

The custody chain.

Storage is not ownership.

A database holds your text; anyone with the password reads it. A trained model holds it forever and cannot give it back. A vault holds it as ability — and returns it the moment you say so.

Held as ability. Never stored as text.

The model can use it. Nobody can copy it out. Every route in carries a stamp: who, when, for whom.

Most "AI memory" is a hotel — your data checks in and never leaves. This is a vault with your name on the door.

Four things you'll want to know.

The honest answers, before you have to ask.

Can someone copy it out?
No. It lives as ability, sealed and bound to your edition. Red-teamed: 13 of 13 attacks defended, cold-reviewed. The weight-level test is next — published either way.
Can we take it back?
Yes. Empty the vault and the knowledge leaves with it. Even after it has been used.
Will it make things up?
No. It answers from what it holds and asks at the edge of what it knows. We asked it our bank PIN four times. It refused four times.
Where does it run?
Your cloud. Your VPC. Or on-prem, air-gapped. One GPU you control. Your boundary, your jurisdiction.

Grounding is the security model.
The vault is where it lives.

An AI that speaks only from what it holds — and asks for the rest — keeps its promises and keeps your secrets. One mechanism. Two guarantees. Auditable by design.

Measured, not claimed.

The science is public. The implementation is proprietary.
